Frank Breaux has deep roots in South Louisiana and is a graduate of Episcopal High School in Baton Rouge. After his graduation from Birmingham-Southern College, Frank attended Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and earned a Certificate in both Civil Law and Common Law. After graduating law school, Frank was drawn to a career in criminal law.
Prior to joining Manasseh, Gill, Knipe & Belanger, PLC, Frank worked as an Assistant District Attorney at the East Baton Rouge Parish District Attorney’s Office, handling thousands of cases. Frank has prosecuted all types of state crimes, from traffic offenses to homicide. Frank also handled complex white-collar crime cases with statewide effect, including public corruption cases such as malfeasance in office and theft of public funds. Frank’s trial experience includes murder, rape, drug distribution, theft, public bribery, and other white collar offenses. Before he worked at the District Attorney’s Office, Frank worked as a staff attorney for the Honorable Adam J. Haney of the East Baton Rouge Juvenile Court, gaining experience in juvenile law and developing insight into the judicial decision making process. During his legal career, Frank gained a thorough understanding of Louisiana criminal law and procedure, and is eager to use those skills to provide zealous representation to his clients.
Outside the office, Frank is an avid sports fan and loves to travel.
